I only have three! What have I done, I've paid my subs! No answer required, I remember it being a forum platform issue .......... now.1

Yes I have tried all of those. They all say details are incorrect. This is all from 3 years ago. I have a confirmation email from popla saying my appeal had been successful and they have withdrew. I was in 2 vehicles registered to me and put it through as a joint appeal. Popla no longer have anymore records as it's been so long.1

I think if I showed the courts the confirmation email it would take less than a minute to see what they've tried to do. They've left one of the vehicles out of the appeal I believe.1

Yes, that looks likely.gh123456 said:I think if I showed the courts the confirmation email it would take less than a minute to see what they've tried to do. They've left one of the vehicles out of the appeal I believe.
By sending one appeal expecting it to cover two parking incidents you have allowed the parking company to apply the cancellation to just one of the PCNs and deny receiving an appeal for the other PCN. Of course that may be an innocent mistake on their part, in which case they will correct things, won't they? On the other hand...

So far I have sent complaints to the British Parking association, My local MP, Clear score and filed a dispute with Equifax. I have found so much useful information on here. Would just like to thank you all! Hopefully turns out well.2

So they only cancelled one claim it seems. It clearly states POPLA appeals are for one PCN and one PCN only....
Have you started the set aside process from your side? Times ticking.1
