Renew Contract with Sky

Hi,
I am due to renew my contract with Sky in coming weeks however due to current coronavirus pandemic and sky prioritising calls to vulnerable customers how can you contact them to discuss this before they possibly decide to renew anyway for a further 18 months. If anyone has e-mail address I could use I would be grateful. I have checked contact page says you can do most things online but not for contract renewals it doesn't appear.
Thanks!

Sorry I stand corrected apparently I can renew online but only offering £5 off a month but as iam paying £130 nearly every month I think I still need to  contact them to see if they can offer a better deal.

I hope you're not paying £130 just for Sky TV...  Hopefully that includes phone, internet and maybe  mobile?

Hi, My Sky package includes TV, Broadband and phone. I have been with Sky just under 18 months so hope they can offer me a better deal than just £5 a month off should I be able to contact them.

You can call them or chat to them through the website. Whatever you do, do not accept the £5 off, sometimes it’s better to put in your 31 day cancellation notice then contact them again to get a better deal.

Also look at considering splitting things up, you can get better deals elsewhere.  You don't have to stay with Sky for the internet and phone, and if you decide to move away you wouldn't need to give notice for moving those services, you just pick somebody else and sign up, they'll do all the work.  The TV you would have to give notice for if you want to cancel, but the phone call to request cancellation tends to open better deals.

    Thanks for the advice everyone.
So I have just got off the phone to Sky to negotiate a better deal and all they can offer me is £8.50 off a month telling me that's a saving on bt sports. So instead off paying £139 a month I would be paying £130.50 a month. Plus I would need to pay a £20 on off fee if I renewed. Think I will be taking advice and will be looking elsewhere.

Start the swap to a new ISP and they may well offer a better deal .

When I decided to cancel Sky in May, I didn't think the discount offered me was good enough, it was the price any new customer could sign up to. I went ahead with cancellation in favour of Now tv & since I cancelled I keep getting letters from Sky offering it at £15 month if I come back. I'm happy enough with Now tv, so have no current intention to return to Sky Tv.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

Just spent 2hrs on messaging and I'm tearing my hair out. Nothing is simple with Sky TV. Was offered Signature service for £17 + Netflix for additional £6. Distinctly average.

Then, he hit me for an additional £4per month for HD. Do people actually pay for HD in this day and age?

We already have Sky Talk and Fibre, so thought we might attract more of a discount for TV.

Simply want Sky TV entertainment and Netflix. What are people paying for similar these days?
