So come on @D_P_Dance, what is the tort here for the OP?

Well done , clearly they have understood the core issues on this occasion4

Pould, I wholly reject you advice.
A couple of years ago I sent such a letter to APCOA. They sent me a two page reply obviously written by a legally qualified person telling me I did not have a case. This letter must have cost them £££s.
Come on Pould, think outside the box a letter costs you nothing, their reply costs them money. Of course there is no tort, the LBC is a bluff, the whole game is based on bluff.eYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

Well done to the OP - proof again that complaining to the landowner IS Plan A.
Can you tell us which email address to use for the retail park, and exactly which one/where it is?
Don't send a LBC. Just check P/Eye's website in a few days, to check it shows 'cancelled' or 'zero due'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

So you're recommending to send an LBC simply to wind them up?
Precisely
and this fits into the pre-action protocols how exactly?
How is that my concern? What have PAPs got to do with it?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
