Everest Limited Gone into Administration: Warranty Stance

Firstly start your own and stop hijacking someone else's thread

Secondly as you have noted your agreement was with a company that no longer exists so what makes you think that a company that no longer exists will install your garage? Also as the no longer existant company will not be installing your garage why do you think you would have any warranty?

Thirdly you can't ask a seperate company to cancel an agreement with another company especially one that is no longer trading nor can you ask them to honour an existing agreement you had with a now non  trading company 

Fourthly if you had kept in contact with the now dead Everest you would of been aware they went under sooner and could of got yourself added to the list of creditors ( not that I doubt you would of got anything)

It would appear you have lost your deposit and I am sorry for that , there is nothing to lose getting in contact with Everest 2020 ltd and explain but don't get your hopes up

Strange when some on here say Everest 2020 are a new company yet this new company was on Ideal World last night claiming they have been in business since 1965 and they have an excellent reputation!!
