No Popla code given from parkingeye

I apologize if this has already been asked, I couldn't find it whilst perusing the forums.
I have been given a golden ticket from parking lie and whilst I was expecting them to reject my soft appeal I was also expecting them to send me a Popla code, I have used the template in the newbies thread and received this reply ,

Thank you for your correspondence received in relation to the above referenced Parking Charge.

It is ParkingEye’s position that this charge has been issued correctly and that we had reasonable cause to request the Registered Keeper’s details from the DVLA following a breach of the terms and conditions of parking in operation on site. For your information, we are registered with the ICO to collect and process data for the purpose of car park management, which includes dealing with appeals and any subsequent recovery action required.

As stated within the Parking Charge Notice, the driver of the vehicle is responsible for payment and we ask that you provide details for that individual if you were not the driver. We therefore wish to confirm that we have rejected your request that we remove data from our system in this instance. Please note that you have the right to make a complaint to the ICO in respect of this response, should you wish to do so. You may also seek a judicial remedy.

Yours sincerely,

ParkingEye Privacy Team

This is my first time dealing with a parking ticket, do I just ignore this and wait for them to send a POPLA code?

Thank you in advance,

PE's signs are unfit for purpose and a judge is likely  to dismiss their claim because of this, read this,

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and in some cases, cancellation.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up,

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

I have emailed them back as per nosferatus advice, thank you :)
The parking eye in question was at a holiday inn in Swindon so I'd have to complain to their MP, as far as i know from google street view there are no signs at all, I received the £100 fine some 2 and a half months after the incident, its probably no coincidence they replied to me on the last day i can pay the £60

    It's not a fine.
You complain to your MP, although you can send a curtesy copy to the MP where the alleged event occurred.

What happened when you complained to the hotel manager/UK CEO?

If the NTK arrived late, then the scammers cannot hold the keeper liable as long as the driver's identity is not mentioned.

Complain to the BPA and DVLA that Parking Lie have not provided the keeper with a PoPLA code. This assumes you are outside the 35 day response window following your appeal.

Never got a reply, probably due to the coronas,
I have made sure not to identify the driver,
I'm not outside the 35 day response window yet, I just thought it'd make sense for them to send me the popla code after telling me their charge was issued correctly. I'll complain if it gets past the 35 days

Complain again to the Hotel but this time, the CEO of the whole group, if it's a national chain.

Nice one - they chanced their arm, and had it chopped off. 🪓

    Great advice from @nosferatu1001
