Natwest Reward Credit Card

Can somebody please clarify for me?
My monthly direct debit is set to pay the full amount.
If I make an additional payment via debit card after the monthly statement date, but before the payment date, will the direct debit amount be adjusted to take into account the debit card payment or will it still debit the full statement balance?
I've just read the T&C's again, & I'm not to certain
Thanks
My £2 savings total for 2007 = £92, for 2008 = £124
My savings from money off coupons for 2007 = £67.97, for 2008 = £194.79
My £2 savings for 2009 (so far) = £130
My savings from money off coupons for 2009 = £593.08

Some do some don’t. And some did then changed it so they don’t any more.

    You'll need to ask NW.

For RBS, if there is a credit (for a refund in my case), the direct debit was reduced accordingly.  But best check!

I got a refund on my Nationwide reward card for my cruise so I was in credit by £2500, my direct debit  of £200 wasn't taken that month.
I then got the remaining credit transferred to my bank account.

I think the additional payment has to be at least 5 working days before to adjust the direct debit.  If after this date, it will take the stated amount, regardless of the additional payment.
