Football on TV is not worth paying for in it's current format

I presume you don't watch the football regularly, because the standard for the first week has been decent.brewerdave said:Watched a bit of "live" football over the past few days. Most of the stuff I watched ,had no atmosphere and seemed like a practice match in the local park.0 -
Not just the lack of atmosphere, I have actually enjoyed the two live games. It's the players taking a knee, it just sickens me further about the people caving in to BLM. I know that white players have to share a dressing room and become mates with all others: that does not bother me, I have friends from different cultures and I grew up with a Caribbean lad. But I know that none of my different friends would take a knee or share the BLM nutters protests, because they told me that, forcefully. There is a way to accept the fact that we are all human under the skin and this is not that way.I think this job really needs
a much bigger hammer.

No -not a regular footy spectator anymore. But I've watched Aston Villa v Sheff. Utd - totally lacking in anything and Bournemouth v Crystal Palace which wasn't much better. Maybe I was unlucky !!Barny1979 said:
