In my experience I've had people make an offer within days of going live, and 100% of these people pulled out after their second viewing - too many people willing to waste your time, it was almost like putting in an offer was them reserving our property incase the next ones they were viewing weren't as good.
I'm currently sold awaiting completion and the buyers are the 9th viewer... the 1st viewer offered and pulled out, as did the 2nd. My current buyers have viewed inside twice and viewed the garden three times.0 -
We have just sold our home, listing went live on the Wednesday and had 6 viewings booked for the next day and 1 for the Friday. Ended up going to a closing date on the Monday.0
