Was this your set aside application and did you provide evidence that you were not living at the property they served the claim to?

Or was this your second hearing, abiout the actual PCN.  If the latter then oh dear, how horrible for you.  A hearing on the papers is dodgy for Defendants.

This was my first set aside hearing and I have submitted all the evidence required to prove I was not living at the property to which the correspondence was sent to.
 Also, I have submitted evidences to show that another company (enforcement services group handling dart charge) were able to find our new address and send correspondence to the correct address. I also received a County court cancellation order for the dart charge from the County court to my new address. I have submitted this as an evidence again.

Sounds positive and I suspect the court was unable to get hold of either party/. 

Await the Order about what happens next, which might not arrive till after Xmas now,  The fact that you seem to have met the requirements for a mandatory set aside should hopefully mean this has been given the nod by the Judge and took him/her minutes to decide.
