This was introduced about 3 weeks ago in response to a large amount of spam attacks. 
There is a thread about it on Site Feedback here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6149721/a-spam-blocker-on-my-account-really/p1 although they do seem to have changed the conditions slightly.
Hopefully they will soon find a better way to stop the spammers and let the genuine posters get on with it.

thanks bob  didn't see the thread so have just been to it, hopefully they will sort it soon as no wonder sadly reg posters are so frustrated with the site as it is now

This was happening to me but I posted a few times today and didn't get blocked so figured it was fixed. 

I did email though.

I've just got the same thing now & I'm blocked because I posted 3 of the Your Cat July comps in 4 minutes. The same thing happened last month. I struggle sitting for long at my computer which is why I don't post much or do the daily thread anymore so it's really hard for me. I wanted to post all of them quickly & then go & rest but I can't, I have to come back in 10 minutes & post 2 more then wait a few more minutes & do some more. It's ridiculous. Also when I did a search to check nobody had already posted them I got a bad gateway message something about Cloudflare & Vanilla. I've had this message before on MSE since they changed the website. I don't get it on any other website so does anybody know what it is please?
