I've fallen foul of this today. But it seems to be broken as I'm still getting the message despite not posting anything for 25 mins now. I've emailed the forum team as per above suggestion but if anyone has any other suggestions I'd be glad to hear them.

I suspect that you have to wait 10 minutes from when you get the message, so if you wait 9 minutes and try to post, you will get the message again and have to wait a further 10 minutes.
