Please read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, fourth post, which tells you how to deal with debt collectors - which ZZPS are. Nothing to do at this stage, just ignore them unless you get a Letter of Claim from UKPC or their solicitors (SCS) or a county court claim form from the small claims court distribution centre in Northampton. Come back if you get either. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

UKPC must know by now that ZZPS are part of the sewage network, .... more fool UKPC who are fraudsters in their own right. You can reference ZZPS as being the "great unwashed"Debt Collectors (DRP & ZZPS) What they don't want you to know

I have received a latter from ZZPS and asking me to pay a debt with is £170 ...
It is not a debt unless a judge says it is, and it is certainly not a fine.I Also, that. extra £70 is unlawful. UKPC are fraudsters, read this
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3229165/Is-PROOF-private-parking-firms-scamming-motorists-Drivers-say-timings-photos-doctored-legally-parked-cars-issued-fines.htmlNine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and has been known to get the charge cancelled.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully, when life gets back to normal, it will become impossible for those scammers who are left to continue their vile trade, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
