As can be seen, it’s a list of more than 1
The OP should try registering with Sky as they are now rolling out fttp via Openreach (despite the fact that they aren't included in the list). They only started this month after quite a few delays but one of my neighbours (in our fttp only street) has just got it installed.0 -
All of them use OR, so why, if the fibre infrastructure into the property is OR , would 13 of them decline to provide service , or put another way, why do you think they say they will provide FTTP service ( and OR include them in the list ) if they don’t ?, they only one that is dubious is TT, but they do say they are about to launch, so perhaps that should be prefaced with ‘ coming soon’.
So say you can guarantee that 13 would tell you they don’t provide FTTP when it’s the line of business they are in, how many of those 13 have you contacted exactly to be so certain ?, you don’t even leave yourself wriggle room and use a term like ‘probably’
I present clear and irrefutable evidence and and you still claim that only BT are available,

Just out of interest I've just tried Zen but they didn't recognise my post code or phone number!0 -
I realise you are not the OP, but you are on OR FTTP, was the company you spoke to ( odd that you say they contacted you , not you contacted them ) but were they on the list ?
The fact is, many similar posts complain that they only can use BT, which isn’t true , you yourself concede there are more than a dozen alternative ISP’s on the list , but then dismiss them for no apparent reason , when a more accurate description would be , a FTTP customer currently using BT over OR network, complaining that the big budget brands don’t offer service , so they feel disadvantaged, that isn’t the same as ‘ a choice of 1’ ( which sounds like sharp practice) when the truth is more like ‘I have a choice , I just don’t like the choices I have’, which doesn’t have the same impact.
If a competitor company made such claims , no doubt they would be receiving legal threats to stop making false and misleading claims, as individuals, any old pony can be presented as ‘fact’1
