If we're going to play pedant I didn't say "Distance Selling Regulations" I said "distance selling rules" because I know the DSR ceased to exist. I put it in that wording because it's easier to get the point across than saying Consumer Contract Regulations. Unlike you I didn't read anything into their post hence giving both positions.  
If you're going to be a pedant make sure you do it properly so you don't look like an idiot like most pedants usually end up doing.

You clearly understand the difference between the two, but many do not. Amazing how many people still refer to the 'Sale Of Goods Act'.
