Can anyone tell me where I stand when I've bought a motorbike and found it not suitable for my needs and want a refund?

I have bought plenty of vehicles without seing them first - its all about research and due diligence.
If it was accurately described - your rights are none.
If however, it was described as being a certain dimension and it isn't or with certain features which it doesn't have then you may fare better.
Private or Trade seller ?
Why is it not suitable ?0 -

When you say "not suitable for my needs", do you mean there's an actual fault or issue? How old, what bike, what apparent condition, what bike, private or trade vendor?
If it's just "Well, I don't really like it" buyer's remorse, then you need to either live with it or sell it. "I didn't do my research" is not grounds to return.0 -
What bike? My guess is:
