Possible county court claim

Have a look at your Claim Form. It has a similar pair of boxes.
It really doesn't matter. Leave it blank if you like or put County Court Business Centre.
As long as you send it to the CCBC, with a copy to the Claimant of course.2 -

Well, as you have posted, they have until the 18th March. They won't do it much before then.Bunnygirl7 said:i have had my court date through for the 15th april, however, Gladstones have yet to pay the trial fee and submit properly completed application, is this usual for them to do ? they have until the 18th march to do these things otherwise my case will be stuck out from this date.1 -

When is your deadline to get this to the court?
Have you had the claimants WS and exhbits through yet? if NOT then prepare yourself for pages and pages which at first glance looks intimidating, then you look further -= and read threads on this! - and realise its rubbish, full of wild assertions, legal arguments never presented before, etc.2 -
my deadline is 12th april,
nothing from claimant as of yet and there is still no paymant on the courts system which should have been paid yesterday, will call reading court wednesday to see what is happening next.
will check out the thread now. thank-you.1
