You can unless you hear different , it appears the CCBC have now rectified the error by having a judge set it aside , putting it back to where it should have been , at the DQ stage

So unless the claimant files an objection in that short timeframe , proceed as normal , download a DQ , fill it in and email it to the same ccbcaq email address as before , don't sit around waiting , do so before the end of the month !!

Is that letter/court order addressed to you AND the claimant?  I am guessing that the  "apply to the court so set aside......." is aimed at them, not you.

I agree , it's for the claimant to object within a week , the defendant proceeds as normal

Make sure you have proof of your despatch of the DQ .... just in case lightning strikes twice! 🌩 🌩
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

As you mention the Southampton case, I cannot see on here but assume the incompetent Gladstones have screwed themselves again by adding a fake £60

The one thing about Gladstones, it's obvious they do not do their homework as they are the jokers in the pack

It's sad to say, only stupid parking companies use the services of Gladstones

Surely this is covered in the section in the NEWBIES thread about how to fill in a DQ?
