You can unless you hear different , it appears the CCBC have now rectified the error by having a judge set it aside , putting it back to where it should have been , at the DQ stage
So unless the claimant files an objection in that short timeframe , proceed as normal , download a DQ , fill it in and email it to the same ccbcaq email address as before , don't sit around waiting , do so before the end of the month !!1 -
Is that letter/court order addressed to you AND the claimant? I am guessing that the "apply to the court so set aside......." is aimed at them, not you.2

The one thing about Gladstones, it's obvious they do not do their homework as they are the jokers in the pack

when filing out the N180, what am i putting in the top right hand box for the "in the" box, my presumption would be the court address but wanted to check and also the, To be completed by, or on behalf of box. many thanks.0
