Well done Frith, it sounds like you have worked very hard to get to where you are4

I can no longer log on to my mortgage account! Also had an email from the Land Registry that they’ve been contacted by Santander so they can take their charge off.6

Great news, well done Frith. The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)2

Paid my son £500 back today.
Bought a pair of trousers from Sainsbury’s. It’s been months since I’ve owned more than one pair!
No paperwork from the Land Registry yet...4 -
Paid my son the other £300.
Still nothing from the Land Registry.
Had a message from Universal Credit that I can apply to have my mortgage interest paid now (!) UC cut by £80.
Son1 enjoying his apprenticeship. Son2 loathes his SEND college (to be fair, I’m not impressed with it myself). He’s averaging an attendance of about 4 hours per week.
I’ve asked repeatedly for help with him. College are not interested. Social Services wrote a report that he’s at no danger from me but I’m at a very high risk of injury from him or indeed from suicide as I have zero support. Then they signed us off.
He hit out at me twice while I was driving yesterday, which is new. (I drove home a different way due to traffic). I asked my sister for some help and she said I should go out in the evenings and go on holiday by myself and “tell him to move out”. An 18 year old with autism who can’t leave the house and communicate with anyone else? No help forthcoming. I honestly feel like selling up and moving to the sea.0 -
What do you mean SS signed you off? Meaning you’re at high risk of harm or suicide but they aren’t going to give you any support? That’s awful.Your sister I can understand a bit more. She’s thinking of your well-being over DS and she doesn’t really understand what you’re dealing with. Whilst you can’t throw him out he is going to need more planning for the future so that things can be put into place for him to live independently. XMortgage started August 2020 £69,700
