Hi all, I was due to fly with EJ on May 18, it's been cancelled (Covid). I have opted for a refund. I appreciate that they are swamped with such requests; how long can I expect to wait? Thanks.
Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!

Off on a related tangent - Hoseasons are now promising to refund after an investigation by the CMA.Radio this morning say that the CMA is now looking into travel companies.Watch out for developments.

I've no doubt the refund will happen, it'd just be handy to know when (I imagine they have quite a few to process!) My new plan (Menorca in September) is £80 cheaper than my May cancelled flight so it's working out well!Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!0
