Orange PAYG Customer Services Number?

I just had to add my experiences here as I am sooooo hacked off with Orange!!

Basically their half-baked salesman in the shop (Sunderland branch) mis-sold my husband a phone, we complained and he told me that despite him giving us false information, they have no returns policy except for faulty goods so I was "stuck with the phone" - his exact words!!

And there is no way to make a complaint except by letter to Bristol, which took them 2 months to reply with a bog standard letter that didn't even address the issue.

All in all, THE WORST company I have had the misfortune to deal with.
Obviously no longer a customer.

P.S. Thanks Keefj, I just used that number to get through to complain yet again that I STILL haven't received my unlock code a month after paying £20 for it...

You will then be transferrec to an idiot who will ask you your date of birth and how old you are if he doesnt believe you he will refuse to give you your PAC code ! Unbelievable absolutely totally unbelievable

Everyone has to clear a security check, its a requirement of the data protection act. Anyone not doing faces personal fines as well as the network being fined. . .

Donnie, that is completely brilliant! How did you have the patience to discover that?

I was trying to get through to them and it wouldnt let me at all as I dont have any credit. I do however have reserve tank, but they dont let you use that when trying to get hold of custoemr services. the pigs!
