Hi, is there an 0800 Orange PAYG Customer Services Number?

Someone posted 08000791050 recently but this number goes through to contract.

Dial 450 Choose option 1 and next option 2 and then do nothing...

Yeah, it does show the numbers for contract customers but when you dial these numbers it will ask you to input your orange mobile number, the system will then recognise your number as pay as you go and connect you to PAYG Customer Service

Thanks for that. Has anyone tried that? cos when I get connected to an operator, they always tell me to redial the PAYG customer number!

I believe you can contact customer services through the menus on 0800 80 10 80. That might only be for contract, I don't know.

Look at Saynoto0870, there are a few numbers listed.

From the Numbers administered by Ofcom page, Orange operates the prefix 0800 079.

Do a Google search for "0800 079" and it comes up with quite a few results. If you find a number for PAYG CS, post it on Saynoto0870.

Just used this to get a PAC code for my daughters PAYG (Orange won't block preium rate texts, Tesco will) it works fine.

Today I was given 08000790006 for Orange PAYG customer services but haven't tried it yet. I am leaving Orange due to their poor customer services. Please add to the post if it doesn't work as most of the other information they have supplied has been wrong.
This is my first post to MSE, but having spent hours and endless 25p calls to Orange I thought I had to register and share it.

I got through to Orange today on 0800 801080. You have to go through the menus but it will take you too PAYG customer diservice in the end. I think the menu options are 1,4,2,3 then 2.

Good luck, I'm leaving Orange too they are dreadful.
