Do all Galaxy S10 screen protectors have a hole?

No idea if any of them comply with your requirements. I looked at a few and they seem to only have a hole for the front camera. (Which would be expected ... a screen protector would negatively impact the optics).0 -

I've actually contacted a number of sellers asking about it. I'm still waiting on the first person to bother replying.0 -
I may have to reluctantly take your approach of no screen protector.
I was watching a couple YouTube videos yesterday where a guy samples a ton of protectors on his S10 & S20 (with sensitivity turned on).
Some worked but there was a high volume that didn’t, including them crack a capsule and pour some glue on the screen ones.
Im not prepared to spend a fortune on a screen protector but it seems if the fingerprint sensor is totally covered then forget it, it’s causing problems.
Ive ordered the old flappy plastic one which i’d rather not have done but it’s possibly going to be my best chance. The glass ones are too problematic from what I saw on the video.
I dont put my phone in the same pocket as my keys and I’m generally careful with it. Hopefully it works out but we shall see.
Thanks for the replies throughout the thread all the same.1 -
A friend of mine recommends re-registering your fingerprint after application. Might be worth a try if you continue to find problems.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you

Yeah, that’s what the guy was trying to do in the videos.
Some were a bit laggy but did work. He tried one of the glue ones and it seemed to take forever to apply it and then when he got round to registering a new fingerprint it wouldn’t even recognise that he was touching the screen. It was a total fail.
Ive already had it a week & half and been unable to use it. I’ll try out the flappy plastic one, see how I get on with it. If it works then it’s better than nothing, if it doesn’t then I’ll just go without as we could be on the Galaxy S99 before I find one that works at this rate.0 -
Granted I have a Moto G8 Plus and not a Samsung S10, but a tempered glass screen protector works fine for me for day-to-day use. (Albeit the fingerprint sensor is on the back of the phone, not on the screen).
Perhaps this is why so many screen protectors you've tried before have had the hole for the fingerprint sensor area?0
