Phone provided admitted not providing all ts and cs.
when trying to get my phone repaired, my provider has admitted that not all the terms and contitions were provided when I took out the contract, does this make the contract null and void as I could not make a fully informed choice as not all the ts and cs were provided in the contract?

You normally get the T&C after taking out the contract and not read them before you make a choice .
