This is the parts diagram (assuming yours is a 2017, which would tally in with the dates given) - https://ford.7zap.com/en/car/190/no/26/1562/15599/94607/#8005
It seems the radiator isn't that easy to find, but if you can confirm the American market Edge (which is the same car, but offered in petrol format rather than a diesel) uses the same radiator, Rock Auto have them here:

2006480 for 180ps, 1929737 for 204ps.
In itself, that's a great illustration of how easy wrong parts supply can be... Now imagine when one for a 2.7 v6 petrol turns up from the US and turns out to be completely different...
The latter part number also seems to cross-reference to Galaxy/S-Max.

But I suspect for a vehicle that new, it's going to be dealer only.0 -

For example the Rover 75 / MG ZT uses the same radiator through all models years and engine types, right the way from the 1.8 through to the 4.6 V8. Not very well known, the V8 owners are always pleasantly surprised when the radiator doesn't cost the Earth!0 -

The best way is probably to ask the garage doing the work to measure the core on your car and compare it to the dimensions above, and same with the mounting points.
Good luck!0
