Sounds good Hypno - OH has finally got out of bed and gone to work so I can actually get down to some serious sorting and things - can't do anything so well when he's here lol.

Will cook DS's lunch shortly, but aim to be off here by 12 ish and will attempt a few things - not sure yet, but will make a list lol!

  • Well I am back.....

I have had my bath, stripped my bed, and looked at DD room - it is disgusting....! Will need to go and just collect up dirty clothes, crockery and rubbish. She will be livid that I have dared to enter her room but it is becoming a health hazard!

DS has just woken up and wondered down stairs - he gave me such a laugh - he looks really crumpled when he has just woken up.

I will make a cup of tea and then the plan is more washing up, fish finger sandwiches for lunch and face the bio hazard called the box room and think about buying some Christmas presents.

No chance to pay any extra off the debt this month.

You sound as though you are getting quite a lot done!

I've just been and tidied the kitchen, and bunged the washing up into the sink with some hot water to soak - I'm going to try one-handed washing up because bizarrely I've got a coldsore on my left hand (I've always been prone to them on the backs of my hands, ever since I was little) and I'm all bandaged up because I can't use plasters for any length of time as I react to them.

The living room is getting slowly tidier too as I keep getting up and putting 5 things away every few minutes.

Going to tackle the bathroom this afternoon I think.

See how much we can get done when we drag each other along!! Fantastic!

Fish finger sandwiches - yum yum. If I had fish fingers in my freezer I would def be having them for lunch!! Sadly, I don't so I can't!!

Snaggles - put the washing up down - you are likely to break something if you try and do it all one handed! Surely OH can do it when he gets home from work?

Off to do piggy clicks, then need to do some more work.......

I do still use the tumble dryer - have to admit defeat there. Although in my defence, the first load of washing I did this morning has been hung on the airer, so perhaps I am making a small amount of progress!

Right, really am off now to do some work!! Back soon!

I really don't know how you do it!

I brought all my stuff back from uni for the holidays and my room is a pit, you actually cannot get in and out of it! Some of it I can't even put away though because it's stuff to be returned to stores but I've not had time. Really needed today to tidy but now I've been given a load of work to do.

    You are superwoman I'm sure.

It wasn't as difficult as I expected actually (don't tell Stu ;)), it was only breakfast things so they weren't that dirty.

Right, kitchen done except the floor, dining area done except the floor, Natasha fed and watered.....need to tackle the living room but hopefully she will have a nap in a bit so I can do it then.

And I've got loads of fruit and veg in the fridge, so I need to do some batches of baby food today too. I'm making spinach and potato, cheesy broccolli pasta, and some sort of a sweet and sour rice thingy with carrots, peppers and pineapple.....not sure how that one will turn out! I might make apple rice pudding too if I get really carried away.

Gemmzie - I am far far far from superwoman. Believe me:p Thanks though :D

Snaggles I thought I was doing well, but you are doing far better.......need to catch up!

I have just done some cooking - made a fish pie for tonight and while I was peeling potatoes for the mash, I thought I might as well make double spuds and do a shepherds pie ready for tomorrow (How OS am I?).

Only thing is I had nothing to make any gravy with - no stock cubes, no bovril, no granules, nothing. But I did have a jar of dolmio.

So tomorrow we have Italian Shepherds Pie :o It looks good so far, so am hoping that no one will complain!

Also made savory rice for lunch tomorrow for me and DS, as I am running out of sandwich fillings :o Talk about a storecupboard challenge :D
