  • No, not yet, think that sort of training takes a lot longer to get right! I usually just have to demand they hand over their sweets...or steal them while they're not watching!

:rotfl: chocolate training! I love it!

I understand about the halfpay familiarisation thing, hypno, of course - its a long term, thing, a job like that, and to be able to go into it on your feet, so to speak, is really important.

I've got an odd sort of Thursday - I'm usually at home, working sessions, preparing for London on Friday, bit of housework, etc. Today, I'm around till 10, then I've got a session, then I'm clearing up and got to be out to the city centre by 1, to do telling for the Green Party (well, I have to do my bit for climate change!). A friend and an acquaintance are both councillors in various towns, so I went and got myself dragged in. We'll see what its like. But while I'm there, I'll do some Christmas shopping and food shopping and whatnot, 'twill be quite fun.

Seriously thinking about your half hour challenge tho - I'll follow it up!

Hi KC! I hope you wrap up warm for the telling later on - it is a bit nippy out there :snow_grin

As for the half hour blitzes - I am allowing myself on here until 8.30, then having a half hour blitz until 9 to be followed up by a cuppa. I reckon, that allowing for the time away from home that I need today, I can do 6 half hour blitzes.............watch this space:rotfl:

  • Hi Hypno and everyone else

I just wanted to say that your thread cheered me up and also gave me more motivation to get going.....

I have sort of lost the plot for the last 6 months but as I have been ill for weeks, had to reduce work hours and moved house and passed my degree its not so surprising.

I hope to get back on track - and really need to flylady - may I join your half hour challenges?

    Thanks

Well that last burst was more than half an hour, and I have stopped for coffee.....surprise surprise.

I attacked a pile of paperwork that had been growing by the sofa........now I have several smaller piles of paperwork that take up more of the floor than the one big pile!!!!! And that is AFTER I have put the rubbish in the bin, the recycyling outside, and have got some bits actually sorted!!!! Looks like it may be a long day :o

Coffee break until 10.45 then another blitz until probably 11.30.
