Well placed my qualifying bet this morning. Much more nerve wracking than I expected it to be - I was doing this last summer all the time! Didn't get the best match (2/2.06) but the bookie is not great and it had to be evens or over so I thought I would go for it while it was there rather than scout around for something close. The free bet is NSR on a £25 bet so will be very happy if I clear £18 from this as it is really to get me back into MB.0

Duchy, I hope you manage to stay warm, and that the cold gets better soon.
(((hugs)))
Bloody gas man rolled up at 10.15pm-just as I had given up and nipped over to the shop for milk. I can SEE the shop from my house so he must have knocked and ran-despite lights obviously been on and the front door open.
I rang customer service and went NUTS (my neighbour heard him knock and also went to the door and he was gone -hadn't even left a note.
Helpful lady suggested he may have fixed it anyway as the meter is outside-needless to say-he hadn't. She then told me that they's "had a bit of a day" at which point I exploded pointing out I'd had "a bit of a day too" and was sick and generally ranted. Rebooked it for the morning -10 mins later she rang back and told me he was on his way back to do it. Took about 30 seconds to fixFunny thing was they told him I'd missed his call as I'd been in the BATH ! Er yeah okaaay why would I be having a bath when there's no gas so no hot water !!! ??? LOL
Still got no voice and coughing non stop so no work again today -which is a pain as 50% of my hours are on Saturday and Sunday-Ah well. Day off Monday so hopefully will be well enough to work on Tuesday.

On the topic of MB my mantra atm is back high-lay low which helps me remember what I'm looking for. I'm still not convinced I fully understand it but money seems to be coming in so I must be getting something right-still a bit hazy on working out SR v SNR
Doing quite well on spor-tingbet's beat the bookie (£10 bonus on each of your 1st 10 bets if they win as well as £10 joining bonus (from bet-rescue)I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

Hi! So what's the latest on Planet Hypno? From the last few pages it sounds as though your OH has done himself an injury - hope he's ok and not driving you mad at home!
Last time I checked in, you were on holiday, now it sounds as though you're in a hotel for your alternative universe diary or something?!0 -
Hi guys - thank you for the concern, but I have just been away with the children skiing!!
got home about half an hour ago - a good weekend, but very tiring.
The "good nights sleep guarantee" came in useful at the travel inn - there was a wedding reception nearby and the music/guests kept us awake, so we were able to get a refund of the room fee :j The only downside, is obviously we were kept awake, so all tired from the word go this morning!
Panda - OH has had an op to fix (hopefully) arthritis in his shoulder. We are hoping that it will have sorted out a long standing problem, but it is too early to tell just yet.
Other news from the hypno household is that we are getting a couple of kittens - currently 6 weeks old. We will get them in a couple of weeks - OH is just looking at pet insurance on quidco. The children have named them after their fave skiers, although I was going to call them Elanten and Seaxwyn.....
Duchy, I am glad the heating has been sorted......hopefully you will be fit and well before too long as well x

Oh I am SO flattered. That you should even think of calling a kitten Seaxwyn. Please post pictures when they arrive.Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620

I might have won my campaign, had I been able to pronounce it :rotfl:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0
