I am sure that if we ate non processed food we would be healthier and fitter pretty quickly!
That indian cooking course sounds fab - I would love to do that, and a Thai one too. Maybe I will have a look when the next batch of adult education stuff comes out in the summer.....Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. I lurrve thai food - really must dig out some recipies and get cooking. As long as I don't have any rice or noodles, it will fit nicely in with my diet, I reckon!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. I am on day 3 and after yesterday's letheragy, today I feel much brighter (and I managed to get my accounts done too - not that it has anything to do with diets, but I am chuffed to have done my accounts at last!).
I need to do a grocery shop so that we have plenty of things I can use in meal plans......up to now, I have been managing with trips to the corner shop etc, which has been both expensive and without great choice. I will be shopping tomorrow though, so from then on it will be much much easier, I am sure!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. i found it quite easy to stick to to be honest the fact i love cheese probably heled and yeah you do feel more energetic quickly so it is an added bonus however having read about it i didnt think it would be great to do long term and the amount of weight i need to loose is long term lol...you dont have much to loose though so as long as you eat sensibly when you have achieved your target you should be fine ......0

I can't just "eat a bit" of chocolate - it is the whole bar (and its mate) or nothing!
Same with a pack of biscuits - can't just eat one......:o
