Morning guys! Well the ironing never got finished, although I did spend all day doing stuff! Story of my life.....!!

More snow overnight means that the long drive to work will be horrid, so will be aiming to leave a little earlier than usual. I have also got a streaming cold......not fair!! Hopefully the worst will be over before I drive down to France later this week!

Moneywise, I managed to get a cheap hotel en route in France, yesterday, so that will help our budget go a little further.....other than that, nothing to report.

Hope the drive isn't too bad and the cold vanishes quickly.

If you're staying at Premier Class with a Campanile restaurant on the same site, watch out for their promotions for discount vouchers at the restaurant, they tend to put the info only in French. You have to ask for the vouchers when checking in at the hotel. Unfortunately the restaurant food seems to be not as good as they used to be.

Boring weekend here. Spent the time ploughing through rightmove, property snake, property bee and the mortgage and house info and forums on mse. Unfortunately it seems like it's sensible to not buy yet and keep saving, then we'll have a smaller mortgage/debt when we do buy. Can you be a mortgage/debt free wannabe when you've not signed up for the debt yet!

I need to get off the computer and on with ticking things off my action lists, so bye for now, have a good day.
