mooloo that sounds like a fab idea! wish i had a talent like that that i could use!

I will have to practise for a bit, its been years since I did any serious sewing. Only did odds and sods for family. Havent really sewn in a few years though. I am not sure if my arm would let me, but if I am doing odds and sods perhaps I will cope.
I did used to make money when my children were small, but some people wanted something for nothing and i didnt make as much as I should have then and it put me off. I underpriced myself and ended up working far too hard. Mind you it still kept me and 4 children for about 4 years. Till I had a nervous breakdown. Perhaps thats why I havent done it since. Scared of the stress then. But I think that I am more mature now, and know that I could say no to a job if I couldnt do it in the time scale warented.:confused:

Three years is my aim......realistic I think. 2 years would be a DREAM, but I have a feeling the kids' skiing will get in the way of that, short of a lottery win.

I LONG for the day that I am free of debt........it is the stuff that dreams are made of!

You will make it in 2 years, if you carry on with £5,000 every two months!!!

I am not sure if £5000 every 2 months is sustainable though.......free bingo has run out!!

I need to have a concerted effort to make money - I have a lot on this coming week, but hope that next weekend I can really start to get my act together. I have to pay for the next bit of the ski season, and don't want to have to pile it on the credit cards, so need to get the cash in place in the next few weeks. I ran through this with Pania last week, and it is doable......I just need to do it.....

Well youve done so well so far. Free bingo has obviously worked well for you. But there will be something else that comes along for you as you are always on the search for things, you will see it before it passes most people by.

:rotfl: I need to make a BIGGER concerted effort then!!

According to the snowball calculator, to be debt free in 2 years, I would need to pay £2700 a month towards the debt......

at the moment we make minimum payments of £1483.......

so, just need to double our payments, and we will be fine :rotfl:

You all make me smile! If I had met all of you before I went bankrupt I would never have dared to go bankrupt. I would have been doing bingo in my sleep to make it work. !!!
I will have to do you all proud and earn a lot with the sewing then!
