I already have the three advanced plan the same (?) as the one highlighted in this weeks MSE email, but pay £12 plus two RPI increases.
I've tried to change on the website, but can't. Tried yesterday on the app (live chat) but "we are unable to ..."
Today, the app won't even open.
Anyone have any bright ideas?

    Two options....
If your out of your minimum term ring them up and haggle to get it changed.
Alternative is take out a new contract and then get them to change your number over .
You won't be able to change your your contract online without talking to someone.
You can get the same offer in many places such as through Topcashback ( and get cashback as well ).
     and also through Uswitch .

Seems that the system is well broken so that didn't work either! :(

Well I have managed to get through to Three on three occasions over the last two months.
Yes , at first you go round in circles trying to get through but if you persist you will eventually be given an option which will lead to actually talking to someone.
The CS agents were obviously working from home ( from the unusual amount and type of background noise ) and they weren't particularly good connections but I would say....don't be defeatist , stick with it .

I did speak, but they couldn't access the system. :(

Try contacting them via online chat in their app - I found it wasn't working at times but when it was, I got the deal I wanted, same as last year but £2 per month cheaper.

Try going to their website, log in to your account and do it that way, not via App or phone. I obtained a PAC code this morning and used their Live Chat in this manner.

Just came here to add an update.
The chat system on the app is back working ... you are No 107 in the queue!!!
    Phoned 333 - there is a 20 minute wait
Tried the website, but can't find a way to do what I want and it looks like last week's deal is no longer available 😤
I don't actually want to ask for a PAC, just a better deal.   🤔

    Job (finally) done
Live chat:-     first I tried 'leaving' and it said - sorry, too busy, so tried 'upgrade' and I was No 15 in the queue. By the time I'd entered my request to change to the MSE deal, I was at the front of the queue! 😊
"Anything else sir" so we did Mrs B's account too - she was only on the £8 plan but with much less data and it had increased with RPI, so two happy bunnies!
