I received my melts today and they are wonderful. Well worth the wait for the quality of the goods.

I love the packaging. Everything from the little cards to the matchbox. I'm sure you could teach a lot of people how to go about sending out the products.

I will definately be recommending you to friends and family and I will be ordering again

Thank you for the extra cinnamon melts. I can't decided whether to burn them for myself of give them as a wee gift to a friend who is mad for cinnamon!

I have been reading this thread for a while. And although I think some of the complaints are harsh I also think it is a good thing. As people can read the compliments as well as the complaints and make there mind up whether they want to order or not. For me personally I am hoping Sarah ( I think that is good fairy’s name ) sorry if I am wrong but I am hoping the site will be re opened because they look really nice and I have seen all the compliments from people about how good the candles are. And unlike some I will not be in a rush as I will be buying them for myself. Sarah you do a great job, you try your best and that’s all you can do. I don’t think some people realise how hard it is and you are not a robot that can work 24 hours 7 days a week. Well done on doing so well for your business, I hope to see your site up soon. And sorry to hear you are not making profit, I think you should make your prices higher so you are making profit. And as for people moaning about the price you see the price before you order them. I will keep checking the site to see if it is back up. But I will not be looking at the candles until when I want to make an order as they make me hungry, lol.
