Hi - i have had contact with the Fairy herself...thought i'd let you guys know: she is still having health probs and now to top it all is having probs with her computer/internet connection,the poor chick! But hopefully there will be light at the end of the tunnel soon(and its sure to be light from a Fruit Tart Candle lol) and she will be back doing her thang with wax (ooohhh errrrr!)

Not sure if i will get told off for this (lol - ooops!) BUT.....i know that i have been sporadically checking this thread to see if there is any news......There Isn't (afraid to say) But check out my other thread http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1011859 as you might find it of interest???

Hi All - I've just had a lovely chat with Sarah, she is in the same city as me!!! She is feeling much better but is still having problems with her net connection. She says hi to you all and said that she will be updating her website message shortly. She isn't planning on opening the website at the moment but did say that she may be able to take a few orders at a time by email. She will let us know on her website when she is able to do this so keep checking!!

Has anyone heard from the good fairy lately?
I have an outstanding order for two candles which were extra gift for two newborns and they are due to be christened shortly but I have been very patient as it is over 6 months ago since I ordered them (I have to say all of the other candles were delivered fine).
I see from posts above that she was having problems with her internet. I have emailed three or four times but have had no response and as the posts said she was poorly I didn't want to make a big deal about it.

I think you can buy the moulds for them

DianeM that's terrible, maybe send a pm via MSE? Although if you've not had a reply to your previous 4 emails Sorry not sure what to suggest, maybe some others will be alone with more info
I've not ordered from GF for a while now, I was looking last week as I was thinking about buying more for Christmas gifts and thought ordering now should mean they arrive before Christmas, not so sure now :rotfl:

I also have an order I placed in March which I have not been able to get a response about despite emailing several times.

I understand that Sarah is ill and I don't want to stress her out, but I would at least like a refund .

So as I say, I would keep your money really

Yeah, agree with that, I too don't want to hassle her but I am very disappointed as I really liked the candles. Fingers crossed we may get a refund.
