Up super early to teach a class. Doesn’t feel like I’ve even been asleep. Feel so tired. I’ve got another class at 10, but thinking of cancelling it. I’m just so tired. I don’t want to lose the money on it. But if o cancel it I can just go back to bed after the school run instead of having to wait around for an hour and then do the class then have a sleep, the day will be gone then. I’ll have a think.
Hope you’re all ok. Stew was really tasty yesterday and the children even ate it. Well mostly the dumpling, but still! leftovers for dinner tonight!

Thanks @Queen_of_the_Hive I know so many people suffering at the moment, I think it’s the realisation that our lives have been on hold for almost a year. This lock down is so hard. But we are heading for better weather, and the days are starting to draw out slightly, which are all positives.I’ve decided to just bite the bullet and do the class, I’ll sleep after. I need the money after all.Going to have cheese and bean toasties for lunch.2

Hi Missymoo18
I'm new but I've read through your diary and just wanted to say you seem like a really strong person and your family is really fortunate to have you in this crisis. Remember to looking after yourself too though, otherwise, how can you stay so strong? Like your partner, my dad's mental health has really struggled with the pandemic and there is nothing anyone can really do but give him space and not let him drag us down too. So you're not alone there, I'm afraid. Things have to get better eventually though.

Thank you @pennyminder I really appreciate that. I try and stay strong, someone needs to!
so today, I did my 2 classes! And I just did a workout. I’ve cut OHs hair and we had stew for dinner. I’ve been dog tired all day. So going to have an easy evening. I’ve got no work tonight or tomorrow until late, so I can relax a little. Obviously there is home schooling etc to do tomorrow. I also need to make banana bread and do lots of washing. Not sure what to do for dinner tomorrow.1 -
Oooh and I got an email, I won £50 in the premium bonds this month!!!3

Morning.
I’ve just been reading the frugal living challenge 2021 in the hope to get new ideas to save. Didn’t sleep that well again last night, but don’t feel too bad. Have fed the children and they’re getting dressed. Home schooling today, but I have a gym class at 0930 (OH is coaching), so I’ll see if I can do that (exercise really helps me feel better). Then OH has to go to London and have his eyes looked at. So we’ll see what they say, fingers crossed. So as per my list yesterday, I need to do washing, make banana bread, do the dishwasher, home schooling, write 3 classes, look at nutrition stuff, think about dinner..... go for a walk with the children. Always end up walking to the shop 🙄. But I have some spare change in my coat pocket, so I think I’ll get us some popcorn and we can watch a film after school is done. Oooh just realised I need some sugar for the banana bread so might have to get some of that too, I’ll see if I can make it with the sugar I have because the bananas are super ripe and sweet, we’ll see!I’m liking making banana bread for the children’s snacks. We put a few smarties on the last lot which was a game changer!!
I haven’t posted much about money and I really need to get a handle on it, I work better if I work slightly longer term. So if I get time, which should be easier without OH here today, I’ll see what I can come up with. The house deposit isn’t getting any bigger sadly and house prices just seem to be going up and up.It’s a beautiful day! Feel like planting some seeds in our tiny garden.3 -
Ok! So I have done a lot so far! I’ve done my workout! Helped May with her school work, hung up some washing, made breakfast and lunch. OH did the dishwasher. I have finally sorted the trainers out to send back. So they’re boxed up and label printed along with the t-shirts I needed to send. I’ve also pretty much finished my class plans that I needed to do. I’ve got a class tonight at 7.45. Still not sure on dinners.
Still got bits to do but I’m happy with my update and about to drink a cuppa and chill for ten minutes or so!1 -
Ex is working and I need him to start child maintenance again. But if I ask he’ll refuse and say he hasn’t been paid properly yet. Can anyone point me in the right direction of a phone number for me to talk to someone about what I’m entitled in this different furlough etc 50/50% parenting circumstances.1
