So healthy eating has gone ok. Not great but good and not bad. I did have a chocolate bar and a mince pie but no biscuits and I did workout. Today I stopped myself having a biscuit at 6am when I got up for work. I had a banana instead, same Calories! Going to try and get my 5 a day in!
OH gave me some money to shop yesterday had to go to coop not Tesco as OH hurt his back and I had to take him straight gone. I spent £23 and I think I have most things for the week. I could probably do with another loaf of bread but I could always make some...... mind you do need to pop to sainsburys to get a hanging storage thing so I could get it from there.

    How are you all?

Well done on swapping out your biscuit! I've been cooking healthy meals without making any grand declarations about what I eat in between them :joy: It's a good start and better than nothing, I think!
  • Nice one Missymoo, I have given myself to enjoy the good life until 31st December and then come January 1st its going cold turkey with cutting out all the snacks. I did this beginning of Nov till my birthday mid dec. Allowed myself two weeks off and then back on to the good habits. Honestly this is the only way that works for me, all or nothing. Actually looking forward to making home made soup, yummy.

Feeling pretty sh@tty. OH has been in the deepest horriblest mood. Because he’s hurt his back and because of the fact we’ve had to shut the business as we’re in tier 4. He got up to teach for an hour then went back to bed, he finally got up at 5pm! Then couldn’t bear to be in the same room as me and the children and told me so. Then said he didn’t want to do his work as it’s rubbish because it’s lock down stuff. So I tried to be all positive and he told me I could do it. I told him very calmly and quietly all the things I’ve done today and still had to do including work, so I in fact could not do his work! He’s since gone out to get petrol and come home. He’s vaguely apologised. But I’m upstairs, I told him I’d stay out of his way. And he said there’s no need now. But I’m upset and livid at the same time!!!!!!!! I felt me and the children couldn’t even be in the lounge in our own house! I went to sit in there to eat my cereal which I’ve had for dinner and then I had to move because I was worried my chewing would be too loud!!! I know I’m sure I’m taking this all out of proportion but just feel really rubbish. I’ve been up since 6am after 4 hours sleep and am exhausted!!!!

I’ve just run a calculation through the cms for you.  I guesstimated ex earns 100k per annum and has the children over 175 days a year And it still shows he owes you money - over £500 per month.

Id really check this out - where there’s a high earner the threshold changes

Thanks Dawny babes you’re such a star. I had a look at phoning citizens advice. But couldn’t get through. I just wish there was someone to talk to from CMA. My solicitor really scared me with what she said and i obv don’t want to rock the boat. And he hasn’t earned that this year, more like 45k as he’s been furloughed so again it wouldn’t be the same. I’m so grateful for you looking at it for me x

OH has just apologised and talked at me for an hour. I do understand, I just don’t appreciate his attitude to dealing with things. When I’m in the same situation and my attitude is way better!

    Sigh

Thanks Dawny babes, so kind. I think it had something to do with him having them 4 nights out of 7, we both have them for 3.5 days but he has the night. I will look more into it. Thank you again.

I’m so tired. The children were super noisy at 6am and I didn’t go to bed until 1. Spent so long sorting things out with OH. We’re sat drinking tea and watching shrek until i have an online PT at 0930. We’ll see what time OH gets up, have work at 1830 too. Really need to train as it really helps my mindset but OH can’t as his back is so sore 🤦🏻‍♀️, so I’d feel awful doing it in front of him.

Not sure what’s for dinner. Feeling a bit despondent with everything right now. As we can’t do anything or go anywhere. So just stuck in with the children with nothing to do. Need to sort out some of the rooms but that’s not fun. ‘Sigh’ it seems OHs mood has rubbed off somewhat!
