Nine posts and already a player.
    Sorely needed.
Absolutely - best thing to do here is just grab a strip and march onto the field and declare to everyone that you're now part of the team.
Just play nicely and don't tell everyone constantly that they should sue the PPC when they win the appeal.

Nah ..... only nine times out of ten! 🥴
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Pould, I have spent a great deal of my career as a consul abroad getting people out of scrapes. I think that I know what I am doing.

So why in answer to the question "what is the claim for" do you respond "I don't know"?
Or in other words, why are you telling us in one place you don't know what you're doing but here you claim you do?

Isn't the point of advice here to help stop vexatious and ungrounded claims, not to promote them?

So why in answer to the question "what is the claim for" do you respond "I don't know"?

Because I have no interest in finding the answer.  I do not come here to sort out peoples' court cases.  If they are unable to follow the no doubt entirely adequate guidance available to them then,  AFAIAC, they must suffer the consequences.
If  you wish to spoon feed posters that is your choice, I have no such ambition.

Isn't the point of advice here to help stop vexatious and ungrounded claims, not to
     promote them?

Indeed, and there are several ways of doing it.  You can do it all for them, answer their  questions, wipe their noses, and hold their hands, or you can tell them where to find the answers.  Encourage them to think for themselves, I choose the latter.

You suspect wrong.  When the forum search works properly, you can find all the wins since 2017 by searching for 'another one bites the dust'.  Losses can be counted on one hand per year, and some have been from people not following advice or coming here too late.

But even if you include and trawl through all of them by searching for 'lost hearing Judge' they make up less than 1% of reported outcomes.  For 3 years.

I believe one person so far this year reported a loss but I may have missed one.

Then I suspect right. If its not tracked its not calculated.
    Very misleading.
