Maybe lockdown, the sun and an early bottle of Blue Nun have made our resident octogenarian a bit grumpy today. 😎Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

An early Old Fashioned (the delivery guy turned up with my whiskey and bitters today) and an early finish from work has left me very relaxed this evening.

The debt collector DRP are well past their sell by date and just like out of date food, you bin it.
OR, you could write to them rejecting the amount and ask them for their legal authority to add an unlawful amount of £60. You can also ask them if CPM requested they add £60.
Tell them to refer back to CPM to explain the £60
CPM have no legal authority to add fake amounts and whatever rubbish they respond to will be a lie. Perfect to show in court3 -
