I'm sure you'll hear about it when the announcement is made. In the meantime please try to relax.

Well enough of us regulars have most likely seen this so no doubt whoever first hears will post about it. If it helps, whenever I do hear about it I will make sure to post if nobody else already has :)

The date of my assessment which I got via the phone earlier means the date approx when I’ll get the questionnaire form right ? Or does it mean the date the decision will be made ?

It's an approximate date in which the form will be sent to you BUT has has been advised quite a few times to you, when the suspension is lifted then backlogs will be huge.

I got my last ESA50 two months ahead of my review date, that's very unlikely to happen now though.

So what was the assessment review date you were given? Is it for a later date than you were expecting?
The ESA50 form is usually sent out about 8 weeks before the ESA WCA review assessment date but that's how it normally works and at the moment ESA reviews are on hold though the date given for them being on hold until is 24 June (i.e. today). However the DWP are yet to make any statement on what may happen next. Whatever does happen next there is currently a massive backlog of ESA assessments that will need to be cleared.

I was going to post a separate question but I will ask it here as its very similar in nature.

I have been recently put in the the ESA support group and wondered how often are people in this group reassessed.
I see that the op said theirs was yearly - is this common practice.
