Suspension hasn't yet been lifted as far as i know.

They will not have sent anything to you yet because as previously advised all is currently suspended.venomx said:

Mine is due October and I've had forms two months ahead before so would be around August.
Now I've no idea whether my date will be changed or I'll go into a large pile.
It is hard not to worry.1 -
I phoned up today and they said it’s all done via the phone atm and not to expect anything through the post0

They are talking about the assessments, for those that received the form before the suspension was put into place. As has been previously advised a few times, reviews are suspended so you won't receive any forms, which means you won't have a review at the moment.
