she also said its unlikely a judge at a full hearing would find any differently to her even though it was a dispute resolution hearing and i didnt really get to put forward any of my points it was a yes ive read your your defence and witness statement blah blah blah  :(

    SDounds a crap judge
So there is no valid contract - which is factual. To state otherwise means they have misdirected themselves
It is not unreasonable behaviour to present a full defence, and they HAVE NO COSTS they can claim bar tyhe filing, £50 for a solicitort to file, and £25 for the hearing

yep she sounded clueless even asked the scamlicitor what the costs would be if it went to a full hearing  :o
I tried to bring up that they have no valid contract and got yes Ive looked at that it is valid :o the additional 50 and 25 were mentioned which is when the scamlicitor also said about the unreasonable behaviour costs because I wouldnt settle at mediation! how is being unreasonable to present a full defence Im gob smacked at the minute to be honest!
and wondering if i actually need a solicitor myself? not sure i can win this on my own :( especially with !!!!!! judges that havent got a clue!!

Read up on CPR27.14(2)(g) , do a search on here as well, so you can rebut that.
It is not unreasonable to file a defence and want it heard. Mediation is optional for a reason

Often their signs let them down.  Too wordy, print too small, to high, fee noy prominent enough, sometimes even open to different interpretations, read these,

A judge earlier this year made these comments

"This signage contains a huge amount of wording, in varying fonts. There are
between 650 ta 700 words, by my rough count. it's well known that the average
reading speed of most adults is aground 200 to 250 words per minute. On the basis
however that this is reading a sign and there are many technical words, it would
probably take an average reader about 3 to 4 minutes to read everything on the
sign. The key part however is found be found some 140 words into the text. It is in the
middle of the sign and it says this, in capitals, then below it is a lower sized font
referring to the £100:"   DJ Harvey

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
