    It's only Euro Car Parks.

I've ignored them myself before appeals/POPLA existed.  Nothing to worry about.  Stop being nervous.  It's not as if you are going to pay anything.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

DO I INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPHS FROM THE TEMPLATE EVEN THOUGH THEY DON'T APPLY HERE ? I ASSUME NOT, BUT MAYBE IT IS GOOD TO ANYWAY
    (OVERSTAY WAS APX .35 MINUTES)

If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.

If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner.

    ..........
Parking at the above site is limited to 180/minutes/hours. Your vehicle was parked longer than 180 minutes/hours, therefor the notice was correctly issued.
Please be advised that this is a 'Customers Only car park' therefore the vehicle should only be left on the car park whilst using the on site facilities. As you have proved proof of being a genuine customer onsite, I am please to inform you that your appeals has been successful on this occasion only and the notice has been cancelled as a gesture of goodwill.
