Try CEO email dot com , the CEO has been mentioned numerous times on here
Bear in mind that although you said they use CCTV , personally I do not believe you
My thoughts are that they used anpr cameras on a pole , big difference
Every Ecp car park I know about uses anpr cameras , not CCTV
I agree that there may also be CCTV cameras on site , but not used for parking violations2 -
Try this CEO website
https://www.ceo email.com/Just close the gap between 'ceo' and 'email' in the URL as (for whatever reason) MSE won't show the unadjusted one. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

An MP in the HofC suggested that some of these companies may have links with organised crime groups. You patyment could end up financing white salvert and people smuggling. Have yo complained to your MP?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

No-one pays.
In general terms, and not as a personal judgement - it's naive and silly to pay a scam.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
