I bought my PSP recently on Ebay with no problems at all. I was going to use
Electricbirdland but they never delivered the GBA flash I ordered and payed
for (£130) 8 weeks ago. They cashed my cheque though. Not a word from them since
despite my requests so I can't recommend them (him?).0 -

hi all an update on my situation, i received a call from Ivaleo yesterday to post off my psp with the dead pixels and they said they will post a tested one out today so i SHOULD get it tomorrow. Even though i will get reinbursed for the postage costs they told me they will call me monday, i ended having to call them about 4 times as they never got back to me (even though they said the would)
See what happens tomorrow.0 -

There are free programs that convert DVDs to memory stick which is what most PSP people in the UK seem to do, well the ones I know.
If people are waiting for R2 UMD they will wait for UK PSP?Seth.0 -
why wait?
Why do you think sony is causing such a stir? Could it be because there is no true reason for the delay, my Jap PSP does everything i need it to do, in English, and will do everything the UK ones will do come september, no brainer if you ask me.0 -
ok I take back what I said about movietyme, I went to use my PSP the other day, took it out of the case and turned it on. and the screen had cracked through the middle and to make matters worse, every time the unit was turned on the cracks got worse. loads of random stuck RGB Pixels and well blackness Inside looked like it had been smashed with hammer. Outside is fine. sent email to returns department.
Got the ok to send it back, Promised replacement straight away, they receive the return next day, then say. Replacement soon as poss, Today I'm told I've dropped it. or mishandled it so they won't replace it (Complete utter rubbish).
I looked after it. Never did any damage to it. (Perhaps a flaw in the screen as theres bloody great airbubbles in it now) but they are blaming me anyway. and are sending it to Sony USA and sticking a big up yours to me, myself and I.
Sent email back to them complaining. Then told they don't know where I'm coming from and moaning about fingerprints on the screen "Hello Heatwave = lots of sweat!"
Seems they want to take my £200+ quid and run, Guess its time to open a payment dispute with my credit card company. So far being called a liar and told not sweat all over my PSP in case it gets a smugey screen.
Sorry to rant. ANYHOW AVOID!!! I don't think I'll be doing business with this lot again0
