Yep!

If you have ANYTHING bad to say about the visit, make sure you make notes on it and make sure your story can be qualified with times etc - tell them someone was rude to you at 7:28 for example - extreme I know but companies take bad reports very seriously. If you put "a member of staff was rude" and not much else, you'll get a query raised by RE, which is annoying and they take points off you (points are something which mean nothing to RE but funnily everything to most shoppers - you'll see what I mean!)

Also, time everything - make a note of the time you sneezed if you can; this way you can give an extra detailed report; something above what they're expecting sometimes, which can improve the whole report....

I'm having problems with Bare International. 3 times now I've tried to self-assign a shop, it shows in my scheduling page and then I check back and it's completely disappeared. I'm thinking of giving up with them completely now, anyone know why this happens?
