I emailed RE about the missing job and they emailed back to say this client has decided to not to do the jobs at the moment so they have hidden them from our account - once they have been rescheduled, they will go back into our active assignments, phew! So not to worry, hope that helps

I had a different job at a pawn shop for RE and thats disappeared :mad: This isn't the first time a job has got "lost" either

Gap's e mail replies seem to vary from day to day, some days you get acknowledged within 3 seconds, and some days you get the delete button! I have learned to mark mine as "Urgent/Important/life or death matter" I do the same with my GP.:D

Do you have to email RE or GAP in order to get certain jobs? Or do all the available jobs show up when you search? Hope this makes sense

GAP you do - RE is more complicated and jobs will only show up on your screen if you fit the type of shopper they're looking for....

Thanks timmne - i've emailed GAP to see what other jobs I could possibly do.

Help - i can't see any assignments on Gap. My area comes up but when i choose it i can't see them. I have emailed gap to ask why - have i done the same thing as Tractorgirl?????

Sometimes you can select your area and there are no jobs there.

I find their search engine very hit & miss. If they have misspelled the town name when they enter it then you might even miss the job completely :mad: . I wish they'd change it so you can search by postcode like RE does.

I don't search by area any more with Gap. I search by Client , and select the ones that have appeared since I last looked.
