Can I ask a question regarding Gap please?
At the end of the questionaire it quite often asks "do you have any comments?" Is this for anything else about the service / store or is it feedback to Gap about issues or problems encountered?
I usually try and put a comment about the service or store, but am I wasting my time?0 -

Sods law my daughter was using my PC all afternoon and I missed them
I spotted the petrol ones on Mon morning, but I was checking more or less hourly on Mon and I saw nothing new - well, not in numbers anyway, so reckon we must still be in for a big batch to go on soon, esp pizzas, stamp shops & bookies which are my favourites, other than the mega elusive fuel ones!
Didn't realise any went on, on a Sunday, bet that's how I've missed fuel ones in the past - many thanks!0 -

I suppose that is because they are 11 hours ahead of us so 9pm here is 8 am there. I never check their site for new things during the day but more at night!!! (someone is going to kill me for saying this)
Now I was looking for some funny smilies to reply to this but couldn't really find any
But Gap have had nothing for me for the last 2 days   I just want to see a stamp shop just once in my life before they tell me they don't need my services as I don't do hardly any jobs for them :rotfl:Sealed pot Member target £200 - No. 151

Ah, will have to watch out for this. I always thought it was about 3-4pm when they put new jobs on!
Thanks for the tip!:A0 -
i missed all the ones near me, didn't relise what they were, I thorght they were "shopping" ones where you don't have to buy something just enquire. Oh well next time, they sound quite good, anyone done one ?
I didn't see the RE ones, but I assume if you were taking photos as another poster said, then it is an open audit.
When you do open auditing, you need to wear business clothing and sign into the store reception as a visitor. You'll be given a visitors badge so you can access staff only areas if needs be. Sometimes you need to make yourself known to the manager or staff of the store, and ask them some questions.
An audit is basically a snapshot of what is happening in that store at that moment in time. You might need to find information such as the different brands on sale, how many facings each brand has, what's on the gondola ends or if there are any FSDU's on the shop floor, stock counting both on the shop floor and in the warehouse, what POS material is there, what competitor promotions are visible and so on. Sometimes you have to take photographs too.
I'm doing merchandising calls this week and I have to take photographs of lightbulbs when I'm finished, and yes I do get very strange looks
Covert auditing is the same, but you need to collect all the information without the shop knowing about it. You don't sign in and you just enter the store as a normal shopper. You have to either discreetly make notes on your "shopping list", as a text in your phone, or I often use a dictaphone hidden in my clothing and audio type it up when I get home. Here I go again on my own....0 -
Off to do a posh pizza place for TNS in a mo, can't wait. I was wondering if anyone could help me out, I'm going to pay my taxes and wanteda bit of help. I have read the instructions on Page 1, but it's gone right over me re: the NI contributions etc. If someone has time to explain it to me, please PM me. Muchos gracias.0
