i did a telphone call fro RE but can not load the it just keeps loading the page and does nothing

I've logged on to RE but mine seem to be OK.

Aaaargggh!! I have just joined GAP and got 1 job. Just now I clicked on 2 travel shop ones and selected a date from the drop down menu but got a red thing above saying you must select a date. I flaming have selected a date then clicked add to basket.But the message just comes back up. I have emailed them on their contact us box.

I got this yesterday, but when I looked it had been assigned to me anyway
