Are RE as bad as GAP for not liking bad reports?

My worst ever report was a pub visit for RE. The place was dirty, the staff were indifferent, the food took over an hour to arrive (and when it did it was inedible) and the toilets were absolutely disgusting. When I got the email saying the outlet had a query I thought I was going to have to fight my corner and justify my report but all they asked was what size wine glass I was given. Got paid no problem and needless to say have not been back!:rotfl:

I submitted one that was absolutely destroying for the manager - I actually got an email back from a senior guy at RE apologising for "my experience" (that I was paid for!) and extending apologies from the pub manager too - apparently it's never usually bad at all (aka "you're lying")....

I have a dictaphone which is pretty good (and really useful so you don't have to remember what was said in great detail...)

I've only seen it one in the 6 months I've been with them and I could do it then - would love to go now!

My boyfriend and I just tried it in all different positions to see which gives the best result i.e. in back jeans pocket, front jeans pocket, bag with pocket on the outside, coat pocket...I always check on the position before the assignment. HTH
