I don't think so. I did one for RE at a pub and it started off bad at the entrance where some sick hadn't been cleared up and was obviously over 24 hours old and just got worse  and I never got a single query on it.

Mind you, I've only been contacted for Gap on queries for clarity or double checking and never had any problems with them not paying for bad reports.

    ewwwww!!

Good job RE are OK with poor reports, I've just submitted a scathing one about a bookies competitor (the actual clients bookie I shopped was OK though).

Ironically the competitors shop had a certificate behind the till which said "100% customer service evaluation March 2008"....from the report I did for Gap a few weeks ago! Oh, what a difference between the staff there!

Must admit it was nice to see that the feedback I give is passed onto the staff. :)

It's been funny reading about the sports shops on here......sounds like its a good job they're being shut down!

I wish RE would hurry with its reports though, one of mine has been sat there for over a week now.

i'm waiting for come back from RE i submitted a fairly rubbish report for a sports shop yesterday. The sales assistant actually recommended I go to a different shop up the road

Are RE as bad as GAP for not liking bad reports?

I have never had any of my 'bad' reports queried by RE. It seems to me they really are after constructive feedback whether good or bad.

Although I never MSed our local branch I always thought the service there was pretty good. From my point-of-view it's a shame that it's been closed. :(

Not really - they only don't like it when you're being personal or biased, rather than objective. They might question you but they should be fine.

They also may deduct points although don't worry about this as the points is apparently (per RE) not yet used for anything and may not be in the future.

ooops...have just been reading the posts from over the weekend with regards to GAP and am getting a bit worried now! Have got loads of different shops lined up with them and have already done a computer shop, pizza place and burger shop. The computer shop and pizza ones were blooming awful and my report reflected that - haven't had anything back from GAP as yet but am now worried that they might query a lot of stuff...

Luckily, my memory is rubbish so I've recorded all of the conversations from these shops with my dictaphone and have saved the recordings on my pc so I am send these to GAP if they dare to say that I have not been accurate! lol

Have a burger place to do at lunch time today and am taking my son (who's two) and need to work out how to get him fed with me, but not order his food with mine! lol xx

The only ones you'll need to really worry about reporting back negatively with is the burger place. The managers there obviously don't get paid a lot and must get a large bonus if things like their MSing reports are good. They don't accept anything less than 100% on their reports so if it's negative, prepare to explain (IN FULL!) why on the final "other comments" box on the last screen. As long as you do this you should be fine.

Don't be giving out your recordings to GAP either - they don't pay you for this kind of juicy information so you should keep it FYI only!

And having re-read your post, if you report anything negative, the managers there are highly likely to use your little one's presence against you and get you barred from that branch. The managers know the rules and if they don't score 100% they'll use anything possible!

Hehe so does that mean that they won't suspect I'm an MS if I take him with me? Even if I ask for a receipt? lol...

Well I either take him with me or don't do any MS for them as I have him with me pretty much ALL the time hehe...
