Unfortunately The Office has been a bit of a nightmare today and has caused quite a few problems.
Registrations are being dealt with as soon as!
Hopefully, it will be back up to speed soon, it is being worked on by the Support Team :beer:0 -
Well Taggie the good thing that has come out of this is that some people who didnt know the office existed have now found a new support network
Now work faster, I need my fix0 -
I did two jobs yesterday for a Travel Agents (2 seperate sites) and it said in the brief to get a printed quote and a business card, which need to be uploaded as proof of visit. The first one I did I could not get a card for, only the quote sheet. When I asked her she said they didn't have any cards. The Consultants name is printed on the quote, not written so I don't see a problem with just submitting that. However I do remember a while ago someone was saying they were not going to paid for a phone store job that asked for a card, they only got a quote that the guy then wrote his name on. I did email the MS complany but I've not had a reply. Anyone had this problem before and resolved it without hassle? I hate hassle!!0

I wouldn't have thought you'd have a problem with this as you can demonstrate you were there from the quote and that is really why they want the card details. You should put down that they had run out of cards in the report though.
I did one of these and she said she wasn't allowed to print out quotes as it was company policy which made me smile as the same company same town different branch did! I just explained what had happened in the report and uploaded the brochure page she had given me.
Also now you've mailed I wouldn't worry about it further as they aren't the quickest at getting back to you. Take no news as good news.0 -

I did 3 of these a while back and actually just forgot to get the card from one of them. As you say, it's on the quote, which is the main thing - I wasn't picked up on it and was paid fine. If it's for Gap, as others have said, sometimes people even upload a blank page and as long as you've uploaded something they can often get approved. Obviously you've got the quote to upload so should be fine. I wonder if they only spot check some uploads...0 -
Oh good, I can stop thinking about it now! I managed to do four different shops yesterday. Although not all near each other, they were within 10 minutes drive from home, so thought it would be a useful to out them all in on the same day and enjoy my other days off work this week doing nothing. Not sure if it was a good idea or not though? The jobs were pretty straightforward and the reports only took half hour for all four. I just found myself getting abit stressed finding the places, then parking, trying to remember all of the things I had to look out for, whilst trying to remain inconspicuous! So much so that I had to go back home once as I had left the money I needed to pay into my account for the bank job and then on another, walk back down the high street to where I parked the car to get my prescription which was part of the brief for the pharmacy job! At least I remebered these things before I got in the shops!0

Mine is in too, I had total faith in what I was told was true, which is why I passed the information on for the members here, shame some still had doubts.
Thank you GAP.
Can you imagine if I just decided to upload my info a day late because it was a bank holiday - hmmm, I think the sack would be looming! Yes, I know, if I don't like it, I can MS elsewhere, before anyone says! It obviously doesn't bother me enough, that I need to tell Gap to shove it!0 -

You did well to get 4 only 10 mins away. I did a 4 job day but had to go 35 mins away. I too found that there is quite alot to remember! My travel job was not worth it as I was in there an hour! (I wasn't given a card but just swiped one off the desk). Keeps ypu on your toes though and all good practise... :rolleyes:0
